Our is a wide business network through out India. So we have appointed several dealers/ franchisees in the different cities. They generate enquiries for our product and place us order. We accept them and supply the required things in the mentioned area with our general terms and conditions.
Sometimes we have to market for our products on our personal basis too. Because some enquiries (customers) come to us directly. These enquiries come to us through our old customers. We accept them if we do not have any dealer or franchisee in that particular area, otherwise we transfer them to our dealer or franchisee.
Service (Repairing)
Though we provide warranty of our product found non-functional due to manufacturing defect up to a period of one year from the date of invoice raised. If there is any problem to the product, we send our service engineer for better treatment or solve out the problem.
