What Makes Medical Furniture Different
A hospital trolley gets wheeled, bumped, loaded and wiped down with disinfectant many times a day. Ordinary furniture doesn’t last long like that.
Medical furniture has to take that punishment. Surfaces need to wipe clean without rusting or peeling. Castors have to roll smoothly and lock firmly. Anything that holds weight, like a stretcher or an instrument trolley, has to carry it without flexing.
That’s what we build for. Where hygiene matters most, as on instrument trolleys and cabinets, we use stainless steel. Elsewhere it’s powder-coated CRC steel.
How We Make It
Every frame is cut, bent and welded at our factory. Before painting, it goes through chemical pre-treatment to strip out rust, oil and grease. Then it’s powder coated and oven-baked. Our powder coating is tested at an NABL-certified lab.
Because we make it ourselves, we can change it too. Need a trolley a few inches narrower to fit your corridors, or a cabinet with an extra shelf? Ask.
